Maternity photography celebrates a season that passes all too quickly as you prepare to welcome your baby. In just a short time, anticipation turns into sleepless nights and newborn snuggles, making this beautiful season easy to forget in the blur of new motherhood. Maternity portraits allow you to preserve this fleeting chapter through timeless images that become part of your family’s story.
Maternity sessions typically take place between 28–36 weeks of pregnancy, when your bump is beautifully visible but you’re still comfortable enough to enjoy the session. However, sessions are best reserved once you find out you’re expecting so we have plenty of time to plan every detail together, from selecting gowns and coordinating hair and makeup to choosing the perfect studio or outdoor location for your session.
